About Brows
Does it hurt?
Topical anaesthetic cream is used for numbing before and during your procedure. Pain thresholds vary from person to person, and every effort is made to ensure you remain comfortable for the entirety of the procedure. Most clients say it does not hurt at all! However please note you will be more sensitive on your menstrual cycle.
What does it cost?
The initial session is $499 and the 4-8 week touch up is $250 I prefer people come to me when the brows are faded, as we all hold ink differently. I have one flat rate for touch ups, whether you come at a year mark or the 3 year mark. It is $299.
How long does it last?
The treatment will fade over time and a touch up is required 4-8 weeks after the initial procedure. Frequency of touch ups depends on a number of factors including sun exposure, chemical peels (ie glycolic, lactic etc) how active the client is, and how fast each individuals cell turnover is. Please note that final results and time frame cannot be guaranteed as each skin type will hold pigments differently and break down at different times.
Touch ups are needed for cosmetic tattoo procedures, with each new procedure needing 2 or more visits. The initial procedure followed by a follow up procedure 30 days later. It is very common for Microblading to fade substantially the first time it is done which is why it requires layering and is a two to three step process. Previously tattooed eye brows may require one or two additional appointments and rarely achieve the same results to those who have no previous tattoo work because of the existing scar tissue underneath the skin, even if it isn’t visible.
What will effect my new brows?
Sun Exposure: the sun fades the pigment faster so sun block and hats should be your new best friends! (Besides your beautiful new brows!)
The regeneration of skin cells: the longer regeneration takes, the longer the pigment holds.

What should I do before my procedure?
If possible, come to your appointment with your brows filled in the way you do them daily so we can get a general feel of how you you’ll be comfortable with your result. If you plan to go on holiday, it is recommended to plan your trip a minimum of 7 days after the procedure. Avoid any blood thinners prior to the appointment. This also includes vitamin E, Aspin and Alcohol.
How will I look immediately after?
Beautiful. A lot of people think they will leave red and swollen but Microblading and Ombre doesn't usually cause swelling, since it is less invasive than a tattoo. You might feel your new brows look darker and thicker than expected for the first few days. Colour will eventually soften and shrink in size (they fade by about 40 percent) during the complete healing process (30 days)
How do I book an appointment?
